A wide band of concentric discs, made of small brown and ochre dots on a mustard yellow background, crosses the plate from side to side. We pay tribute to the iconic “Gramophone” fabric with our reinterpretation named “Gamaphone,” which adopts the Fon pronunciation of the word in Benin, where the R is not pronounced.

🎶 One pattern, a thousand names

Discs of small dots arranged in concentric circles, like the grooves of a vinyl record: this pagne evokes the gramophone, the king of parties in days gone by.
