In southern Côte d'Ivoire, Dida weavers braid raffia fiber into a fabric as fine as linen, then tie and dye it: these prestigious pieces were worn during ceremonies, and dancers brandished them with elegance.

Our reinterpretation

On this mug, the pattern becomes a wide band around the piece, in chocolate brown, caramel, cream, and white tones. It is decorated to order in our workshop in Alfortville, pattern prepared, placed, and glazed by hand before firing.
